Lactobacillus as protector? Koreans get via kimchee, Japanese eat pickles, Americans and Indians drink milk and eat cheese and yogurt. Sour milk is drunk all over the Middle East - I had lunch at a kabob place yesterday with a Saudi man. I was drinking a sour milk drink - he said he grew up drinking sour milk with mint leaves in it - he called it buttermilk.

In Japan, people are eating kimchee due to a rumor that it protects against SARS.

I don't really like kimchee but it's edible. I eat yogurt with live cultures pretty much every day.

Ask your wife to get you some kimchee, and some yogurt.

Oh Maurice, stop being so dramatic, I don't how you could recognize the preliminary symptoms with any accuracy if you don't have the cough! It's no laughing matter!

I hope you recover quickly from whatever ails you,

Bux

The odds that you have a common cold rather than SARS are millions to one. Get well - and post something... -g.

ROTFL. Don't worry too much, Maurice: Literature can't afford to loose you.
