Those with nefarious intent will make bad-guy phone calls. The good guys make good-guy phone calls. It's hard to make spam control, let alone software smart enough to filter out bad-guy calls from good-guy calls. <Bushista fascists and the neo-Nazi collectors they are working for stole the contents of the National Museum of Iraq?> I don't think that's an accurate description of those who took the stuff from the museum.
