Inasmuch as Dubya has denied the ICC jurisdiction, how will we structure a war crimes tribunal ala the Milosevic case in the Hague? Who will lead the prosecution. Who will pay for the court? In the Nuremberg Trials, the U.S. assumed the lead as prosecutor and judge. Now that the U.S. has become the war criminal, who will assume the role of prosecutor and judge?
