USS Abraham Lincoln is due into Pearl Saturday for a stopover on the way to the mainland. They have over 62,000 pounds of mail waiting for them. We will have a full house at Coconut Willies Saturday night!

A white sheet is adequate protection against alpha radiation.

When a nuclear explosion is imminent or occurs...you cover yourself with a white sheet or garment (paper will do) to protect against alpha radiation and use a building to shield yourself from blast and other types of radiation.

Makes a bit more sense now, thanks UW. :)
