When you look at the amount of information available, Bush looks like a cat trying to cover up a mess on a tile floor. Falling back on the OBL boogieman spoof still doesn't account for the facts. Of all the conspiracy theories floating around it's the most absurd, the most unsubstantiated, the least able to account for what actually happened, and shows the least benefit to the accused.
