Government propaganda BS!! They will never balance the budget by "not giving" tax cuts or raising taxes. It's the wrong target. Tell W, it's the SPENDING, STUPID!!! It's the same as taxes -- only question is it direct or indirect.

Frankly, I'm suprised by Roach -- he ought to know better.
