And the Federal gov't should bail out all 50 states for
spending like it's still 1999 & the bubble will inflate
forever?

Here in PA our new governor is planning on steep tax hikes
even though he promised not to raise taxes. I don't know of
any plans to make any serious budget cuts. And he is also
on the bandwagon looking for Bush to bail him out too.

So much for personal responsibility, 'eh? Everyone is a
victim & the Federal gov't needs to make everyone whole.
What a load of BS IMO.

States with repug govs are more likely to be in the red. Too bad more children will be left behind.
