Being new to this thread -- I can clearly see I'm dealing with someone who wants life/reality to fit his ideology -- instead of the other way around. Surplus -- as was defined by the bi-partisan, strictly independent Office of Budget & Management is what we had -- and the largest ever when power changed hands. Unless somehow they are part of some cover up or conspiracy or they are using "fuzzy math". Whatever you need to tell yourself. ...your on ignore from here on out. I thought for a minute I was trading posts with a pragmatist instead of some Yahoo GOP hack. -JH
