rrufff, I can't really confirm your view of Emile one way or the other. I haven't been following his posts as closely as Gustave's. If you're correct it does go a bit against the pattern of most born again Christians who, in general terms, are inclined to effuse in glowing words about their conversions rather than put-down other religions. Trying to convert people by insulting them is contrary to good psychology as well as good religion. More importantly, neither of them seem to be inclined to let us in on their real philosophies. I expect it is because they know Americans would be repulsed by their beliefs and that they would open themselves to significant ridicule.
