From the call, I gather that the overhang has been overhanging since the beginning of the month. During the CC, I think they said they were trying to find buyers for those shares. And there is a fairly healthy short position that may take some. Beyond that, it's hard to know at what price or with what urgency the selling would occur. If shares are dumped, it would have a big impact on share price. On the other hand, that's an argument for distributing them over time in smaller portions or being patient to find a buyer without collapsing the price.
