LOL! I only took 21 credits in economics.

The national debt increased every single year Clinton was
in office. No way one can then claim they ran a surplus
without parsing words.

Perhaps you can explain to me how anyone anywhere can claim
they ran a surplus when every single year they owed more
when the year ended than when it began.
