"Dim Bulb" Davis can't be stupid otherwise he'd occasionally make a mistake that actually HELPED California. Once things here are sufficiently down the toilet (more than they already are), voters may finally revamp the legislature as well as the Governor's mansion. I certainly hope so before California has to change its two-letter postal code from "CA" to "BK."--MK--

Davis is a dolt, true but most of Ca's deficit is a result of energy fraud from a few years ago (Enron and others)

So it is incredibly disingenuous for dolts like Bush to show up and act like the entire problem is "fiscal mismanagement" when he knows that is not the case.
