Since that time, the S&P has managed to gain only about 25-30 points in 4 weeks. The bulls didn't gain much and actually crossed that point twice up and down since then. It's taken a little longer than expected as turn days pass and the C wave begins to show all its colors. I am by no means turning bullish here and yes, I still think the highs for the year are close.
