Interesting... that was why I really liked the idea of not filing under a certain amount. Eliminate all this shuffling of paper and money. I'ts incredible. Anyway, I see your point, they probably don't pay anyway.

Hi Kerry,

When I filed my folks' 2001 Arizona taxes I was astonished to find out that instead of paying taxes, they would get a $50 credit. We did have some tax losses, but they're hardly trailer trash. Where does Arizona get all this money it's giving away?
