Yup, I agree, I consider this period to be very analogous to the March 2002 rally. From an elliot POV, I consider the March rally to be the end of a big "2" and I consider this to be the end of a big "4".

look at the MACD on that chart, look at the RSI and compare to june/july/agust 2000...top can be drawn out with new highs, ADX +DI/-DI are indeed at crucial points but seem to be signaling up vs. down imo

time will tell...
