I respect your classic TA analysis. However, you could also see what looks like triple top here. I'm more FA involved and what I see is a major league "surprise" on the quarter, which was contrived, but still a positive surprise. That's why we had the huge run after hours last night. That's when I jumped in. We had no analysts jumping all over themselves with upgrades today. In fact, the street universally trashed AMZN today. Today's move, which was basically even (big move was AH last night) on a very down market day, was caused by short covering, plain and simple. The institutions were buying and the shorts were covering. I'm down 1/2 buck so you may be very right. But right now I like the odds.
