FL, I will drop it, if you ask me to. But this is a central issue in foreign policy. This is a core issue, in why our foreign alliances are in tatters. The press, especially the foreign press, has daily articles about it. The distrust here, in the continuing absence of evidence, is not going to go away. Why a 5-week moratorium? (As opposed to one week, or forever?)
