Agreed, I would think they'd find something at least 1/2 way sneaky. I'm sure they'll at least find a site where "there used to be something"

Maybe not, but that was the hard sell for the invasion. Over and over again.

I would not be surprised if the opposition parties in the UK and USA defeat their respective governments at the next elections. The message would be simple.

(1) The economy is in a mess, something needs to be done.

(2) The current government did nothing except start an expensive war chasing WMD's that did not exist.

(3) Vote for us, we will actually try and restart the economy.

There is lots of evidence out there that Mr and Mrs Joe Average are no longer "raking it in". Even the characters at "Megabank" in the DT cartoon are having a rough time of it..
