How do you reason with a NUT? Personally, I think the best we can hope for is for China to realize, if this is NOT STOPPED NOW, they can expect Japan to revise its constitution, rebuild its army, develop Nuclear weapons, also S. Korea could be expected to wish to go nuclear and even possibly Tiawan. If I were China I would not like that prospect. But, you cannot blame NK's neighbors for feeling they need to protect themselves over something so serious as nuclear weapons in the hands of an unstable leader. jdn
