Agree with that, but you sounded like that would mean "belly-up" for the co. You just meant the performance of the stock short to medium term?

John,
Please cite an example of when a reverse split has been beneficial to shareholders or a company. My experience is that there isn't one. While it is an accounting gimmick, it is also not a positive sign from mgmt.
Also, how did the vote on the reverse go?
