I would not take ignorance of the organisatorial aspects of the Challenger tradegy so
personally, to my knowledge most of it was only published in IEEE Spectrum which
neither journalists nor regular citizens read.

Pretty much the same with the Hubble outside those same circles.

However, if you used to read IEEE Spectrum around those times, I woul
go as personal as demented, willingly or unwillingly.
