Yes, it sounds really phony. Nobody working at that level would act that naive.

If I read that right, it says equity futures, not index equity futures. Individual equity futures did not start trading until last November. This guy says this activity started a year ago. Anyway, maybe it means nothing. The fact that it mentions equity futures, insider trading, and the like makes it sound bogus to me.
