Then Abu Nidal was executed in Iraq after living there for several years with all his side kicks. That suggests something.

What the hell Nidal was doing in Iraq, I don't exactly know. I'd bet he wasn't there for R&R, and that Saddam wasn't running a retirement village for aging terrorists. After all, Abbas's PLF was the main conduit for Saddam's Palestinian suicide bounties. I read also that PLF guys were training with some AQ's in Iraqi training camps, but I'm willing to wait to have that confirmed by sources other than "Palestinian confessions."

Those Telegraph guys do seem to be rather more intrepid than the swarm of reporter drones currently reporting out of Baghdad these days (Judith Miller excepted). :o} How they got to roam about in Mukhabarat HQ's is amazing to me. Wonder if they've been to SSO HQ? Wouldn't surprise me! :o}}}}}}}}
