I personally know nothing about New Age magic.

But I do believe that to a stone age person, a battery powered television set up in the jungle would have been nothing short of pure magic.

Often magic is simply the manifestation of some power we have as yet no knowlege of.

Whether new age magic is this or not I have no idea, since as I say I know nothing about it.

But I do find it interesting that, for example, for many years Western medicine pooh-poohed acupuncture, but it's becoming a mainstream treatment for certain disorders even though we still have no idea how it works when it does.
