I was referring to the palestinian woman making that squealing sound with her tongue. That woman made the headlines everywhere around the world. You'll probably recall the scene.

Unfortunately, I don't have a link which confirms that that scene was taken out of context. Maybe someone else might remember.

I found it and stand corrected. That woman was paid to cheer (they call it ululate).

Palestinian joyful woman

This image of an unnamed Palestinian woman ululating with joy at the damage inflicted on her enemy’s ally is indelible. So too, the glee of her children as they ran past Herod’s Gate in East Jerusalem.
The Palestinian leadership recognised the disastrous propaganda impact this would have and ordered a clampdown on any repetition. She claims now not to have been celebrating the attacks.

“I was only walking in the street when some people offered me sweets and asked me to ululate. I was an ignorant pawn of Israeli propaganda. I thought there was a wedding or something similar and I didn’t want to let them down. I had no idea that attacks had occurred in the United States.”

Her account differs from that of two of the journalists at the scene. One says: “When we got there we saw some people celebrating. It was quite small, no more than a couple of dozen, flashing V signs, waving Palestinian flags and a couple of Arabic women ululating.

“One of the guys, I think he was a shop owner, gave the woman the sweet. There is no way one of us would do something like that. It just happened right before our eyes. Nobody paid them as far as I know. It was all impromptu.”
