Moore and many of the Special Ops guys that he talked to were very critical, more accurately contemptuous, of Tommy Franks. Franks is a "Red Tab" guy. An Artillery General. Same way Westmoreland came up. He blew it in Tora Bora, although I understand that the Div Commander on site is the one responsible. After Afghanistan, Rummy gave him the word, "my way or the highway." And he "yessired" and ran a good combined op in Iraq. Special Ops is now on top. But TWT at how good they are as 4 stars.
