Definitely not anarchist.

I have some parts of me that like Democratic policies, some that like Republican policies, some that like Libertarian policies. And much of me that doesn't like any of them!

Basically, I see government as a necessary evil, primarily because in the absence of a strong church there is no other acceptable way to make people responsible for their own actions, to spread the costs of social goods over those who benefit from them, and to make individuals bear the costs of social ills they cause (such as pollution). Government doesn't do any of these things very well, but it does them better than any alternative I have been able to identify now that the church is no longer carrying out those functions.
