I suppose that's like saying it's better to be beheaded than to be burnt at the stake. I think it was Moe (as good a source as many cited by the resident nutcakes) who said, "Better to have a cold cut than a hot steak." Or maybe the other way around. But seriously, I guess you have not read the numerous reports of rape of wives, daughters, sisters by Saddam loyalists in front of those they felt were enemies? You haven't read the reports of how they would hang some of these women upside down naked, particularly during menses? I agree with you that other nations you mention need a firm dose of democracy and humanity. But the day is still young.

With that quality of sheer logic you really need to be the 2004 Democratic Party candidate for President. With X the Unknown as VP, Patricia a cabinet member, and, bringing up the rear, Zonder as special advisor on French affairs. -lol- Just think, you could demolish the US single handedly without a single shot being fired. If you were ever elected. Wasn't it the majority of women voting for Clinton in 1996 that got him re-elected? After much of his troubled character had become well known?
