Which now includes game playing, code breaking, computer programming, and search engines So what to expect:? E-mails will be scanned for key words, or key words that are missing.We have started from the top down, with OBL's contacts both coming and going. Now add those from Saddams people. . Wireless phone calls from all over the world , using some key numbers already from the OBL organisation, who did they call and who called that number ,.and who ,in turn, did the caller call. Foreign visitors with visas, scanned for frequency of visits, destinations, co-relation to unusual events or increased .terrorist communications, money transfers.. Only Americans with a guilty concience need fear this effort. We have computer programs that can write computer programs, test that program, correct it and run it again until it is most effective. Terabytes of data storage, blazing computer speeds. Directing and monitoring the effort will be done by the best brains available, IQ's of 150 and up( I am not discussing politicians here). They will welcome and rejoice in the opportunity to be of value and nail a villian, stop an attack. If another country like India wants to use our system to chase down terrorists we will work out a deal. Add in video cameras, hidden microphones, infiltrators, facial scanners, eye scanners, and if a gnat scratches we may even catch that. Just needed some direction, some inspiration like 911, to get rolling in the right direction, get the funding and the organizations set up . Now we need a bit of time to get the systems running smooth and lots of cooperation from our friends from abroad who do not wish to see their own cities destroyed. Sig
