i have started work on a live album: After a storied 20-plus year musical career, it became obvious that a live album was due. Work was begun on capturing the JX1127 sound, live. It was decided to record a series of 2003 concerts in Sussex, Kent. Here you get the distilled JX1127/Andy Thomas sound, played by a simple drums-bass-guitar-vocals combo. These recordings harken back to the era of arena rock where the roots of this music once took hold. Even the most techno-oriented JX1127 recordings from the '90s era have been 'broken down' into this rock and roll format.
