Resurrection has plenty of borrowings from Mithraism. Mithraists believed to ascend to the blissful light of Mithra and keep him company while the wicked would sink into a deep and dark place where Mithra world throw fireballs at them. They also believed to come to life from the "breath of life" from Mithra.

Similarities exist but...

Re. "blood of the lamb" - animal sacrifice did exist in Judaism prior to the destruction of the Temple. Also resurrection was a concept Pharisees accepted and allusions to it are found in the Jewish scriptures.

You're right about transubstantiation not coming from Judaism. Ditto the Virgin and Christ child iconography.
