First thing a place like Calif needs to do is cut off the illegal immigrants.

One other area is to cut off legal immigrants who have never worked in this country.

Those uninsured people cut off Medicaid will be showing up in the emergency rooms of our hospitals. Their uncompensated care will be a cost absorbed by all of us.
