Let's nix taxes altogether It's always interesting going through the countries where civic institutions are pay as you go since there is no central revenue. It's particularly interesting to deal with the police and fire free lancers, but nobody can beat the import export office for a fine collection of rubber stamps and colored ink pads which require the advice of various cousins and brother-in-laws to get affixed in the right order. TP
