Nor are they all as liberal as you think. Sadr for example is a thing into himself. And if Iran had wanted to assasinate those clerics, it would have done so (smartly of course) while they were in Iran. > The violence of the un-modern Shiite Iranian and Saddamite regimes has left a bad precedent. The two most violent groups are Sadr and Dawa. Both are fairly pure Iraqi groups.
