Well the SEC did collect 43.4 million of the 3.1 billion dollars.

It is surprising to many when you see the real numbers.

You can be sure the people commiting fraud are aware of there liabilities.

It would be interesting to find out how much of that money came from frozen accounts at the initial charges. Facter that in and it is far worse looking
