My suspension is now up so I'll answer this. NK is a poor country with millions starving. They probably have a couple of nukes on missiles and nothing to lose. We hit the reactor Israeli style and millions more will die of radiation poisoning from the plant. They could launch against Japan and a couple of other targets plus move the 2 million man army south. That would be a real mess.

to my mind, the biggest problem is how to deal with Seoul sitting 30 miles from the DMZ...
