JF, in 2000, I got twice the average number of options that I normally get annually. In 2001, it was more than triple, and in 2002 it was somewhere in between.

Of course, I don't expect the vast majority of these options to be in the money over the next several years.

Does this mean I'm "in the fold"? I wish ...

I'd have to do some research, but 100,000 for Grove seems to be very low as upper upper management goes...
