Where do you go if you want a long weekend vacation???

I "dancehost" on cruise ships--the "lindyhop" is jitterbug, hence my name--but living in Waikiki is a permanent vacation. :>)

I mentioned the Egyptian Philosopher, Sayyid Qutb, in a post to you yesterday. I thought it would be worthwhile to get the information about him posted to this thread. Qutb was the subject of the cover story in the "New York Times Magazine" a few weeks back and the article was posted to another thread here.

We fought communism for 50 years because of the scribbler, Karl Marx. Qutb is the evil genius behind the Muslim Terrorists.

And at the heart of that single school of thought stood, until his execution in 1966, a philosopher named Sayyid Qutb -- the intellectual hero of every one of the groups that eventually went into Al Qaeda, their Karl Marx (to put it that way), their guide.
