Jay, North Korea is no worry. There will be some negotiations and North Korea will get a bunch of CDMA2000. They can work in some factories producing Samsung cyberphone devices to pay for it all. They can peek over the fence and see how well China has done over the past couple of decades and South Korea too.

There's no need to go all heavy on them. France has a Force de Frappe and has conducted a terrorist attack on New Zealand and has directly confronted the USA in the UN, supporting Saddam. So if the USA needs to get heavy, they should focus in Europe. Germany and France are forming an Axis of Evil right now! A military one no less.

Appears to be some sort of deal with North Korea - possibly time shares in Saddam's palaces ? - more likely a really big series of bribes.

What are the symbols for the HK subway ?
