re: big MO "Why were they so willing to defend MO against the state of Illinois?" Please buy all the MO you want. I choose not to because of litigation risks, rising tax costs passed onto the consumer which results in lower revenues, and a dividend that is in jeopardy of being cut in the next 12-months (analysts words not mine). I buy a stock because the price is going up. Can I make money on the stock? How do I quantify the risks? If I can't answer these questions, then I pass.
