They don't have a bill of rights or any right to free speech or free expression. We are in the process of helping organize responsible Iraqis to construct a government which incorporates democratic principles. Until that task is complete, the barbarians in the street need to go home or go to work instead of causing trouble.

Please. That wasn't the idea. According to reports, the Iraqis started firing at our guys with automatic weaponry and we returned fire. Iraqis are like friggin' orcs maaan. They shoot at a dang target a thousand friggin' time and hit nuthin' but air. Our guys shoot once and kill twenny Iraqis.
