Hi:

I am a shorter and have shorted ROHN, so was scanning SI to find you guys discussing. I'm not interested in arguing - I want to see if anyone can give me good reason to believe I am making a mistake.

I have studied the filings. Seems to me that even after the tax refund the company is still busted. The Platinum offer of $8.75 puts a value on the operating assets, which after adding and subtracting a million things looks like it adds up to nothing left for shareholders.

I realize the Platinum deal is dead, and I think that gives even more credence to the short as they are the ones who abandoned the deal.

Any thoughts you would be willing to share?

Thanks, Peter
