You're right. The Secretary of Defense always receives
absolutely no credit for stunning military victories, but
allegations are always treated as irrefutable fact when a
Republican is being attacked.

Isn't that the nuclear plant that Carter got the Nobel
Prize for? The one where North Korea agreed to give up the
plant that could be used to make nuclear weapons in return
for nice shiny big new ones that couldn't? Deal brokered
under Clinton? Which deal North Korea reneged on?

Do you mean to tell me that you disapprove of that deal?

Fine by me, I wasn't happy about the deal either.

So, are you now in the camp that wants Carter's Nobel
revoked?

I don't want to take away Carter's prize.

I mean, I can guess why SS wants to attack Rumsfeld, but
this particular avenue of attack seems to sort of turn
around and shoot some of his other positions in the foot.
