Wonder how many others have noticed this? is the pattern that has emerged of reliable media outlets (eg NPR, WaPo, NYTimes) first reporting some pretty clear WMD weapons or materials, then having the report vanish again with no followup. If I didn't know better I'd suspect that the Pentagon was trying to hush the story up rather than promote it. I suspect they are determined not to go off half-cocked again and are trying to form a water-tight case.

And as a note till June, when we can discuss this again....

Colin Powell said again today, "WMD are there, and we WILL find them."
