You know Grace, to be perfectly honest, although I agree to some extent with possible the 'mechanistic' flaw in 'thesis' you 'discovered' to an exent, I actually think it comes closer to the truth than yours [thesis]:

There has been a certain momentum to leaving money in $US due to history, laziness, reserve status, etc. that you don't take into account.

Besides, I don't think you could [disprove almost eveything he wront]. :)
