With e VXN at multi year lows, I do not even know how to interpret it. My view is that the SPX has been contained within the trend so far and that the Nasdaq is inflated beyond a ;evel that can be sustained. The BPCOMP is over 50, with recent historic highs in the 55-56 range...

The question to me is not if, but when the air comes back out of the new balloon.

I see the VIX/VXN move with the slightly lower high to be a bearish divergence. We didn't come as far, yet got more complacent.
