However many of the charts indicate (like the one you linked) that we are indeed overbought so even if I do change my bias to a bullish one I will be waiting for a dip to buy long.

Many of our current "buy when BPNDX goes under 25 and sell when over 60" types would have been 100% cash between August 1998 and April of 2000... and then whip-sawed many times...

I still like what Cary does, what I do and what the AIM folks do... TA should only be used I think for small portions you trade around much larger core holdings.
