and there are still block buys coming across my screen. The last @ 59,000 at 5.70

I would have to guess RRI is under accumulation.

What is the deal with MIR? Is this one looking for a mountain top somewhere in Tibet?

"These signals were also to be ignored"

even if or when a stock has been trending for a month or so, e.g., rri, a doji star should never be ignored. a doji star needs the next day for confirmation of a reversal pattern. so from the opening today it was clear no evening star could form, and thus no rri reversal pattern. i hope rri keeps trending for ya.
