does this mean that the "body-gripping traps" on human vertebrates is still permissible?

I believe I'm still OK since I don't use a gripping trap as I am not going to sell fur nor am I interested in capturing them alive. I use dynamite which seems to be effective though my neighbors think I'm insane. I also will use my 300 magnum if I can see them rising the dirt as it shocks them so bad they die if the bullet hits within a foot of them. Then the final part of my arsenal is a trap where I step down their tunnel and set my trap plate over the top of said track. When they tunnel past and raise the tunnel it trips and springs down a square of sharp tines which impales them and kills them.

So you see I am not using any type of gripping trap that your granola munching tree huggers have made illegal:)
