I believe one started today, but there was an extension till sometime in the middle of May for the final outcome I believe?? FERC is under the gun by both the Department of Energy and Congress for their attempt to play politics with the fruits and nuts out in CA. There is no way RRI will ever be found guilty of anything that was illegal by FERC. The only question is how much RRI is willing to pay to have all this go away??? If the price is to high, the courts will rule in RRI's favor and FERC knows it. Jim
